When you book this tour, you will get to know the least visited, least well known but incredibly special part of Chiloé.

We will start our trip driving along the east coast of the island, along the inland sea. We’ll visit the town of Quemchi first, a little fishing village. Close by is a very special island that is exclusively used as a cemetery, called Aucar. A bit further on, we’ll find a hidden waterfall, called Tocoihue. The back drop of the biggest waterfall of Chiloé, gives the whole area is a special feel. Now, we’re really in the land of mythological creatures and ancient traditions.

We drive further on to the villages of Tenaún where we will see one of the several churches, that are classified as National Heritage by UNESCO. Its blue colour and recent renovation make it one of the most beautiful churches of the island.
